Hi, I'm Jeffrey Cohen.
I'm Jeffrey Cohen, a computer science educator and software builder who loves making complex ideas approachable.
At Northwestern University and the University of Chicago, I teach courses designed to spark “Aha!” moments in every session. My philosophy? Learning should be hands-on, relaxed, and maybe even a little fun.
Through Software for Research, I help researchers turn ambitious studies into impactful results. Our platform helps you engage participants dynamically, collect data more effectively, and adapt to the needs of every study.
I'm also an open-source contributor, conference speaker, and active in Chicago's tech community. For me, it's all about solving problems creatively and empowering others to do the same.
